Elevation Verizon's innovative store concept represents a groundbreaking shift in retail, blending insights from the Next Gen and Express Store formats with a deep commitment to customer understanding. Launched in the fall of 2024, this forward-thinking design features an engaging mix of digital storytelling and compelling network messaging, seamlessly integrated with physical merchandise to elevate the customer experience. The concept emphasizes flexibility through modular fixtures that adapt to the dynamic needs of our retail fleet. Each surface can be transformed to tell captivating stories, incorporating future-forward digital elements and essential security features.

Project: Express Store
The Express Store concept was strategically developed as a compact support solution for our larger fleet stores in high-traffic urban areas. Designed to prioritize consumer needs, this model features top-selling products, self-guided sales tools, and a concierge-assisted in-store pickup experience. Since its launch across 10 key locations, the Express Store has deepened our understanding of customer behavior and provided invaluable insights that have positively influenced operations across our entire fleet.

Project: Next Gen Store
The High Profile concept was developed to enhance the Next Gen store for premium real estate locations. By incorporating custom features such as exterior cladding and a wooden baffle system alongside standard merchandising and communication platforms, we were able to elevate the brand while meeting all operational requirements.
